this guy is with very low pfr and very low wtsd and he called my cbet, so i just c/f this hand. standard right?
is it possible that my low cbet was interpreted as weakness and he floated me?

I would think a floater would have a higher AF.

I would bet/fold more on flop to protect vs JJ-, gutshots, backdoors, Tx, 8x and even Axs. You want FE imo.

After that I can think about c/f my 2nd pair since he called a dryish flop

A small flop bet + check on turn is begging for a bluff/suckout on river

Sure you need to bet more on flop.
As played i think that you should still call river because you are getting 3,3:1 and while most of the time you will be behind with your QQ here, you still have more equity than that. imho. not sure about that, wondering what judges will say.

I dont think we can call river with JQ having held double gut buster to the K or 9 and completed it as well as two overs to our QQ.

I dont think this is a float as a float is completed on the turn. No reason for villain to check behind unless he was drawing.

Cbet higher ~$0.80 and then c/f if you get called.

On the river everything which he would bet has us beat so you def. have to c/f there.
