Do not just calldown with TPTK, lead out the flop.
As played it's probable that villain was semibluffing all the time and rivered a flush or maybe he's holding a small FH something like 22233, i really don't think that he'd push that river with hand that is afraid of flush as you called down two streets and lead out on river that completed FD.
And anything that is not afraid of the flush has you beat.

PF: I could raise this hand, but checking is fine I think

Flop: Lead!! Why are you checking? This is a freeplay so noone is aggressor, so bet potsize for value and protection!

Turn: Since you lead flop you can bet again here.

River: Blockbet/fold, pot is small enough to do this.

As played, awful call on the river. Once again, look at the board and think of what your opponent could be holding before you shove the money in with your own! Fold!
