My first thought was to call villains river bet, but i reconsidered because of the size bet. Should i play nuts flush draws more aggressive, in this particular situation is 3 betting turn an option?

I think I´d bet/fold again turn to get him off some medium pp-s if get called again I´d likely c/f river.
Don´t think you can play profitable c/c turn against that big bet, better is then c/f.
