      i cbet smaller on most monochrome flops, can't be bother to explain why :D
      i don't see any point in betting turn, as you're WAWB and a huge bet into two players isn't going to get you much value from 9hX - . i'd C/C turn and if it's HU on the river i'd probably push, depending on stacks, so villain doens't check worse hands behind(i'm assuming i'm OOP).

      on the turn you dont have to protect its so much WA/WB and if someone has a set (very improbable) let him draw to the FH.

      you achieve nothing by betting turn, so check behind.

      on the river is betting nothing but A- or K-high flush and against the very tight guy with very low AF its absolutely best c/f river
