Ugly spot to be in. Q+ of diamonds alone has tons of equity against you , not to mention you are already crushed by sets. However I expect most of those hands to check/shove to take advantage of their fold equity. I guess villain most of the time has the T here so I`m taking my chances and shoving too

I´d just call flop, call turn and likely call river.
When you shove, it is hard worse hands to call and if get called, you´re likely way behind.

So if I just call I'm giving up the protection here but I thought I should protect my hand on such a flops.

I understand that probably not worse hand is calling me here, but I just have to give it up when another diamond comes on the turn.

Should I play like that with JJ only? If I had KK or AA my opponent has 3 less outs if he holds a high diamond so my equity is likely better. Is shoving then ok?

Why do you want to shove if you likely have the best hand, but if get called they you´re way behind.
Rather make normal re-raise to 6-7$ and call shove.
This way he can shove with worse hands.
