the way I see this is there's already 4.75 in the pot and I can call the 1.25 for set value, playing bet if I hit, fold if I don't. How bad is the flop call? ( I think I needed 20:1, but could only get about 11:1 if a 7 hit...)

      Hi Wildbeans,

I either shove this preflop with that much deadmoney or fold. Even though you get 4.25:1.25 - it ain't enough since you are OOP and you have a small stack thus you get nowhay implied odds.

I immediately check/fold Flop if the bet is >3bb since you should count 2 outs as 22.5:1 which means the pot has to be 22.5*X where X is Villain's bet to let your call be justified in the end.

And the percentages of hitting a 2 outer is 5% per street

As played -> cooler but folding flop is +++EV

      Best regards,
      Gerv
