      Preflop: Make it $4.
      Flop: Bet bigger, ~$7. You have to protect your hand and also extract more value from drawing hands. After he raised it's most likely opponent depending, if you are playing against a fish I would go broke here but vs unknown I might consider to fold, so Bet/Fold.

      I see me almost never bet/folding 3bet spot if I hit

      the pf. raise +-1bb does not matter that much
      you should bet certainly 6,5$ on flop where you can be still ahead and than call a shove. this is very standart line, futher exceptions need imo some longer/bigger history

      he can still re-raise this way OP+OESD/FD+Pair/2 pair/so on

      + stats would be useful
