      I don't think 5/16 is a maniac, just an average loose player.
      And I would fold on the flop to a potsize bet if I were you - you don't have the pot odds to call and your opponent is shortstacked so the implieds are not the best as well. Plus he got 30 wts - means you can't count on your fold equity.

      Fold flop :) And that guy isn't even loose, he tight for SH! He is *aggressive* however :)
