Im oop here, so I dont like raising pf vs UTG raiser and have him call/3bet so I just called. Is there an article on how to play AK?

I´m not sure that there is specific article how to play AK, but when you´re playing think following things:
      - how tight would player open
      - would he call your 3-bet with worse hands
      - would he fold better hands
      - how often can you take pot down pf
      - how often would he call your c-bet on the flop
      - can you fire sometimes second barrels and expect folds.
      - how often would player 4-bet you (what is his range)
      - would he also 4-bet with bluff
      - would he ever 4-bet and fold pf with TT, JJ, QQ, AK
      - what is your 3-bet range consider his opening range
      and likely some more questions.

If you think about that, then you maybe can find some answers.
To me AKs is nuts pf, unless someone is giving me reason not to think so.
and I have to balance 3-betting only with QQ, KK, AA, because every time I only 3-bet with these hands UTG raise I´m very easy to read.

some of those questions can be answered with stats but response to my questions is slow in the Elephant forum

You had to 3-bet this preflop. 21-17 is moderately loose, making his raise range something like most pocket pairs, suited aces, ATo+, KJ+ KQ+, possibly even some suited connectors.

AKo is 2.5% premium (QQ+, AK) and always deserves to be played 3bet-call or 3bet-shove, depending on opponent.

Even better, by 3betting you represent a hand in that exact range (AK, QQ+) and take initiative. If you get cold-called preflop you take cbet rights and that flop is a reasonable flop to cbet an "overpair" on in a bet-fold line.

Against 21-17 I am considering 3-betting more marginals TT+, AQ, AJs as well as regular premium range. We are often in front and otherwise generate a ton of fold equity. If UTG1 has opened with say 77 in the hole he cannot call a reasonable ($3) 3bet from AK because he does not have set odds, and cannot 4-bet as he could be donating to QQ+.

      3-bet this.

You goto understand that when someone raises a limper his hand range is pretty large.

You are pretty much ahead against his entire range and if you 3-bet he will most likely fold medium and small pps.

Most likely Check/Fold turn if I didn't improve and maybe Check/Call if we get the correct odds.

If you think that he woudl call pf with low pp-s and call once on that board, then you shoudl fire turn, if you think he only holds there Tx or better hand, then better is c/f.
