      It's more likely opponent depending here, if you have stats then post them. I'd prefer to fold in such situation, looks like a set to me.

      No way to fold, easy snapcall. He is midstack and he has only $12,6 before flop action.

      But bet $4,25 on the flop (2/3 of the pot to protect)

      As said, pretty standart situation, with no way for you to fold.
      Villain is actually close to 100bb, but can have a wide range.
      An overpair in a 3bet pot on such a drawy flop is a no brainer for me.
