In my opinion the PartyPoker software sucks. There is a bad overview in the lobby and on the tables as well. On the tables there are lots of buttons you never use (and accidentally press on). I've been two times to a roulette table and I rebought to max for two times. There's no function to rebuy to a specified number of BBs (like in Full Tilt Poker) and I missed lots of hands and had to sit out lots of rounds because I had no money on the table. A couple of minutes ago I was on the SB, automatically went all-in and got dealt KK and completed my set on the flop. I click too many times accidentally on the 'cashier' button, a place I would never go.

I'm definitely going to send an e-mail to PartyPoker with tips how they might improve their software since this is quite annoying. At the moment I really regret I signed up for PartyPoker and I wish I had used by bonus on another website. Please tell me what you all think of the PartyPoker software and interface. I will write everything in that mail. I heard PartyPoker has a very good service so I believe they'll definitely listen to constructive feedback.

I quite like it to be honest. I didn't like the original colours but a change of skin soon remedied that.

You mention there is no auto rebuy option... I'm pretty sure there is. I've only played a couple of cash games so can't remember where it is but take a look around, i'm certain it's there :)

I don't have the problem with clicking things i don't need either, in general i think the layout is fine.

As far as I know you can only auto-rebuy to max.

You can adjust the client a lot, for example, you can remove the casino games from your table if you want.

I noticed that in the mean time and it's a great improvement. There is still that inconvenient auto-rebuy function and I think I'm gonna make a suggestion about that.

You can only rebuy to max, not to 20bb - as far as I know FTP is the only site which offers that.

I quite like the layout, there are no buttons there that I dont use, but there are glitches which are very annoying - when you rebuy to 20bb then close the rebuy window, it automatically opens itself again and you have to close it again - a pain in the ass when you are multitabling. Occasionally when you timeout, it wont let you back in the game - it is like the "sit out" function is jammed on or something. And when you hover the mouse over a players name, it is supposed to give you information about the players location etc - it has never done that for me and several other players have mentioned it too.

I am also writing to Party to mention these problems, would appreciate if you mentioned them too and let us know their reply. I doubt I will be leaving Party though, the midstakes players there are just too damn stupid :D

if you think there are too many buttons and stuff you should probably switch to the "classic" theme. It's much simpler, and i prefer it by far, it's very nice for multitabling.

Does PartyTools still work? i used to use that instead of auto-rebuy, i didn't like the new Part tables so i just use the old classic ones and removed the Casino buttons too.

There is an option somewhere in the Preferences menu, that enables it - it's called "Display mouse-over help". Check it out.

I personally can't say a bad word about software. It's stable, it offers me every functionality I need, I can change it in many ways so it looks like I want it to look. I've been using the old layout for the long time, but I've switched to new one and I'm happy with this change. The slider for adjusting bet sizes is working better than on the old one, I have some buttons for standard bet sizes, so i don't have to type it manually from the keyboard.

The lobby could be improved though - I sometimes can't move directly to a table while using a player search function and there are some other minor leaks, but well - they're minor imo.
