      flop - as this is 3bet pot i decided to bet less regardless of the drawy board.
      on river i decided to blockbet. is this correct or c/f was the correct line.

      What are you trying to achieve by your blockbet there? Which worse hands are you betting for value against? I don't see any such hands here, since the 9 paired on the turn. Therefor I just c/f or c/c a half pot bet.
