      I just think.. Why do I 3bet 99 to give up on perfect flop... I can do such 3bet-cbet with any hand then.

      Yes, you can but it's not profitable against everyone. Opponent have to fold the hand ~72% of the time to make your 3bet profitable.

      99 is not any 2 and you don´t have to c-bet, c/f that hand at some turn cards.
      For example I´d fire second barrel with A, K, Q turn cards and consider sometimes c/c or c/rai even on that boards, because don´t hink player would shove there Tx for value- he rather holds there some medium pp-s or flushdraw, sometiomes 6x or boat.
