      I would 3bet pre against limpers and min-raisers. Use your position.
      Raising flop to represent what? You called pre, board is very dry, so you're range is ultra-capped.
      I'd be tempted to throw a bet OTT, you can get value from worse than TT and FE might be decent with position. It is probably the best card to bluff on, although a bet from you here is not necessarily a "bluff" bet.
      BB line doesn't make any sense at all, so I'd look him up OTR HU. The problem is that MP calls too, so fold is probably better 3 way.
