      Depends on the opponent, how often does he fold to your CBets. But ye, it's okey to Check/Fold such boards.

      this is the problem.. I have 0 stats at all times. I think if I could use stats I would make much better decisions. I goto change site haha

      notes are much better than stats! I played on cake for a bit like yourself and although stats are useful preflop for like 3 betting frequencies etc notes are far more valuable, start taking more.

      c/f is fine.
      You can sometimes c-bet and then give up.
