      I am likely Bet/Folding on flop because limp/call preflop looks like a PP from UTG and he could have a set.

      I'd bet the flop higher, around 7, and happily go broke.
      TPTK in a 3bet pot for 100BB is a no brainer. You managed not to give them the odds to call for set value preflop, and you can safely put it in here.
