      Preflop: I don't really like A9o as a resteal hand, it sucks postflop if called. Restealing against this guy seems OK though since he's aggressive from late position, but really I think you shouldn't overdo it on nl5.

      Flop: Flop is tricky here, because we do have an OESD and an overcard, so our equity can't be that bad. However, it's not really good enough to bet/shove all in. So I think playing check/call here makes most sense actually, especially since villain has been rather passive so far. If he does bet the flop I think we have good implieds if we hit our straight, and our overcard outs *might* be good too.
      As played if you cbet you have to fold to a raise.
