      Raise more on flop -bet small-call raise on flop is a standard donk draw line, and you are almost giving him the odds to call if he has the draw+you are not only losing value there, but in the whole hand as every street directly changes the size of the pot (and your $ bet sizes) on the following.

      Raise turn for value+protection. Its not that you should, but that you have to. Make it at least $1.10 on the flop and almost Pot size raise on the turn.

      This guy is why we want you to play few premium hands, you play few pots but you play them big when you hit, and villains with 70VP will call you down with any king, any pocket pair or the flush draw.
      Your goal on the flop in this hand should be to end up all-in.

      Agree with above , raise flop more , I would make it $1.2. On turn that bet is a joke and you should raise again , I would make it at least $3 there. If after those raises he still donks river you might just call but I would still raise because there are so many hands a fish like him would call you with
