      Close to pot-size on the flop, and put him all in on any turn. He's not necessarily on a flush draw after coldcalling your 3bet and you do have the redraw in case you're behind.

      Kinda difficult to put him on a range without stats but I chose a range that any random fish might have in this case: QQ-JJ,AKs,KJs+,QTs,AKo,KJo+ and you still have a whopping 64% equity on the turn.

      Actually I like the 4$ bet as you are never folding, and neither is he once he's called any flopbet.
      Dont even think about folding pls.
