      I'm just flat calling preflop. I don't think this guy is going to call the 3bet with any worse hands than yours, so I want to keep his worse hands in by just flat calling.

      As played, there's nothing you can do but go broke - bet a little bigger on the flop though. I expect he has AK here often. That's the problem with 3betting... you either have to go broke against AK when you hit your A or he's gonna fold his non-A hands when you hit your A :) Of course, if you expect him to call your 3bet with worse aces then it's the reverse situation - he's gonna have to broke against your better kicker.
