      BB ($32.70)

      Pre-flop: ($0.40, 6 players) Hero is UTG+1 Q:spade: T:spade:
1 fold, Hero raises to $0.90, 2 folds, SB calls $0.75, 1 fold

      Hero lost -$1.65

      call or raise flop?

I folded turn bet because he is passive. What to do in those kind of situation, I am mostly folding vs passive in those situations because there are very few hands that I could beat. Is this kind of play OK?

I think better is raise on the flop for value and if shoves then just fold.
His lead is quite small and he could do that with a lot of hands.
As played: I would call turn and fold river.
