      Turn: Bet ~70-80% pot there imo. You've got TPTK on this drawy board.

      River: He most likely has a spades flush, and overpair or just top pair there. I fold there anyway.

      I would bet $0,75 on the turn.

      River is tough. You have to ask what range can you be against. He might have pp, flush draw on the flop, straight or straight draw on the flop, two pair, 6x, air.

      You are ahead of: 22, 55, 77, 88, 99, blused straight draw, 6x which did not improved to two pair, bluff (air).

      You are behind against: 33, 44, 66, TT+ (QQ+ are unlikely), flush, straight, two pair.

      I think that you can beat only a bluff on the river most of the time (he called your bet on two streets) since most of the hands which you are ahead would just check behind as they have some showdown value.
