      3bet preflop to resteal and take control of pot.
      i dont think raising flop is a good idea at all unless you had AQs nutflush draw on flop to max your FE.

      if he has 17% open raise fom UTG than 3bet is fine, otherwise I call

      you can lead flop, if he raises than shove for max. FE


      your question: yes I think you can fold, you get almost the right odds to call but your varince will grow dramatically
