      Hi,
      I would not raise the flop, odds are nice as they are and the chances of him having Q are quiet high.

      Turn ok.

      River do not bet and just use c/f.
      Your 2 pair is never the best hand here if he calls.
      You can try block betting I guess but also very marginal.

      Likely flop and turn are fine, but you should really c/f river
      He should never pay you off with worse hands there

      You're right, he shouldn't, but if you see his stats, he calls down worse hands all the time.
