      Actually you logic is wrong - if there is a flushdraw, you would be more inclined to play two pair or TPTK for stacks.
      What does a TAG raise you with on such a dry board?Worse two pair? TPTK? Its top two or a set here, and you are not ahead against this range.
      I'd consider folding after his 3bet.
