So far he have been playing very aggressive, but not very stupid. But when he shove turn it looks like a draw to me... And because I have pair and outs to make a straight I desided to call and make a note if he had a strong hand. Ok?

I would fold turn if it's the first time he makes a huge overbet like this. the re-reraise on flop looks good vs aggro villain. Calling his check/raise and letting him bluff (?) again on turn might be better though.

I think flop play is ok. His turn shove does look suspicious but I couldn't call that. There was no action preflop, he could easily have T9 -> shove to protect from flushdraw himself. Despite the fact that he was aggressive and you having few outs if you're behind I couldn't call that.

      (What did he have?)
