      Well, it's always good to go for maximum value but in this case on this board I think you will be better off going for a 1/2-2/3rd potsize bet. It's kind of opponent dependant, but it's going to be hard for an unknown to call an overbet shove with a weak ace here. You could however set it up better by betting more on the flop and on the turn so you only have potsize left.

      Anyway, I think you need stats or a read on the opponent that he is very lose and likely to call before you do this.
