      Stats would be usefull.

      You are betting too much $0,40 on the flop would be sufficient. Flop is not so connected to be afraid of it. Would you make such c-bet if it was against one opponent and flop missed you?

      If you bet $0,40 on the flop, then you can bet 2/3-pot size on the flop and fold to shove. You showed an agression against two opponents and he shows he is not afraid of two opponents or your agression.

      Turn is bet/fold. Odds are not bad (2,7:1) but you are almost always behind on such dry board (though it baceme more connected on the turn).

      As said, bet less and then you would not commit yourself (giving yourself good odds) to call.
