      Since you will be OOP , calling from the SB is OK but you can raise it up too to isolate yourself against one opponent.

      Flop & Turn : calling is fine here.
      River: I think he was drawing to a straight and he try to see the coming streets cheaply so he just bet small all the way.
      Don't think we will call you here so I might try C/R here to induce a bluff from him.
      If you bet for value you obviously need to put him on a hand that will call you. If for example you think he has A7 or maybe 2pair think how much you would call to a bet with his hand and bet this amount.

      bet flop, bet turn and bet river; you have some fold equity and if you hit your flush, your hand is disguised.

      If you are raised (before you hit your flush), then call or fold depending on pot odds (including implies)
