      i called down the fish just because of his loose vpip and af. ofcourse he showed A5 and sucked me out on the river but what is the correct play vs such fish - reraise on the flop ?

      somehow i was sure

      Meh, this is the problem with calling a UTG raise with KQ. You hit and still arent sure you're ahead ;) But I guess I can't fold preflop either to a minraise

      On the flop you should reraise again and try to get it in, because there are many bad turncards for you
