Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      $0.05/$0.1 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)

      Known players:
      BU:
      $2.75
      SB(Hero):
      $10.35
      BB:
      $2.00
      UTG1:
      $9.75
      UTG2:
      $12.30
      MP1:
      $3.75
      MP2:
      $5.85
      MP3:
      $1.85
      CO:
      $4.00

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q, A.
CO posts deadblind, 2 folds, MP1 raises to $0.3, 4 folds, Hero raises to $0.9, BB folds, MP1 calls $0.60.

      Flop: ($2.00) 4, 6, A (2 players)
      Hero bets $1.30, MP1 calls $1.30.

      Turn: ($4.60) Q (2 players)
      Hero bets $1.90, MP1 calls $1.55(All-In).

      River: ($8.05) K (2 players)

      Final Pot: $8.05.

He is too short to lay it down on the turn, so I rather get it in by betting instead of calling.

Pah, sick hand. Well first of all you should 3bet a little bigger - $1.1 or so due to being OOP and the dead money. If you did this, pot would be larger and you could actually shove the flop (because if you bet normally - your bet here is a bit small btw - he'd have like nothing left on the turn). He'd still probably call with his 1 card flush draws...

As played here, I think getting it in is the only option if we consider you have FH outs, he *can* have a worse ace without a heart or some other things that he might actually fold. It's a pretty sick spot but getting it in is probably the only way to go.
