      $0.05/$0.1 No Limit Holdem
      5 players
      Converted at weaktight.com

      Stacks:
      UTG divash ($3.50)
      CO Hero ($12.60)
      BTN Gesi7 ($11.65)
      SB Manta-High ($10.05)
      BB Hatano ($6.70)

      Pre-flop: ($0.15, 5 players) Hero is CO Q:spade: K:spade:
1 fold, Hero raises to $0.40, 2 folds, Hatano calls $0.30

      Flop: 6:club: 4:diamond: T:heart: ($0.85, 2 players)
Hatano checks, Hero bets $0.50, Hatano calls $0.50

      Turn: Q:heart: ($1.85, 2 players)
Hatano checks, Hero bets $1.20, Hatano calls $1.20

      River: 7:heart: ($4.25, 2 players)

What is the best betsize on the river, given villains stack? Or should i just check it back to avoid valuetowning myself against better hands?

Flop: you can make a c-bet of 60c
Turn: you can make it 1.3$
River: I don't give him credit for better hands here. He got 4.6$ left I'm not sure we can get all his money. I prefer value betting here half the pot 2.2$.

I like you size bet on the flop.

However, I would bet little bit more on the turn ($1,25-1,30).

I would check behind on the river since there are not many hands that would call you. If he is a calling station, then you can bet $2,5 for value with your TP-good kicker.
