Hand recorder used for this poker hand: PokerStrategy Elephant 0.67 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is SB with A:spade: , 3:spade:
      MP3 calls $0.20, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.10, BB raises to $0.80, MP3 calls $0.60, Hero calls $0.60.

      Flop: ($2.40) Q:spade: , J:spade: , Q:club: (3 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, MP3 bets $2.60, 2 folds.

      Final Pot: $5.00

I should have bet that flop. By allowing aggressive MP3 to attack the pot in such a way I put myself in an impossible situation -

      * I couldnt call (bad odds, especially if he fires a second shot bigger than pot, and it gives me no definition on what he holds)
      * Raising would be massively overplaying a moderate draw

So, I should have donked the flop.

If you decide to call pf, then you should play aggressively on that board.
I would likely go bet/shove line, which way player can raise with worse hands and draws and likely would fold to your shove or call with worse flushdraws.
Sometimes you´re crushed by overpairs or sets, but a lot of times this way you can get more fold equity and sometimes some folds by better hands
