      Hi,
Is it ok to 3bet him preflop with AQs?
Flop - standard. His call doesn't mean much, his Fold to cbet = 10%
Turn - check/call is probably wrong. Should I always bet myself here, or would it be ok to check/raise him all-in?
River - should I bet smaller, or not bet at all? If the latter, check/call or check/fold?

      Thanks!

With his vpip sure it does. You are ahead of his range here very often.
As michlovich suggested you should 3bet to (original bet)x(3.5 + #cc) from the blinds.

      Like you said, standard cbet.

I prefer betting here myself, 2/3 of the pot.

On this blank I just put him all in, I like it better from C/C. C/F here is just too weak here imp.

I actually thought I'm getting more value by checking the turn. He seemed to be one of those players who call a cbet with anything, then bet the turn if the aggressor checks. So a check/raise on the turn could be a good idea...

c/rai is there very good move if you think that he´d bet there enough times with worse hands
