      Hi,
The villain is very passive, in one of the earlier hands he just called preflop with KK, and didn't bet any street. So I thought he can have anything, from nothing to a flush. Is check behind on the river ok?

      Thanks!

Bet river for value against this passive opponent (but fold to a raise).

You think so? I didn't think there are many weaker hands which would call a river bet. QQ, JJ, maybe 99 and 88, that's about it. High cards and busted draws will fold (or try to check/raise as a bluff, and we cannot call a raise), and there are many hands which are ahead (any 2 clubs, TT, 77, 66, 55, 22)
