      I B/F turn. By checking you lose value to 1 card Flushdraws that might call. He will only C/Rai turn with a Flush here imo and thats unlikely.

      Now you checked back on turn you have no choice but to fold river.

      But I think the only options for a call postflop is either Qx or a made flush or a FD.

      Taking the Q gives Villain trips if he helds Qx, he is c/c it as well or even c/r

      I found this a nice hand , there is nothing you can beat on the River imo.
