      River: ($3.05) K:club: (2 players)
      Hero bets $1.50, MP1 raises to $8.65 (All-In), Hero calls $7.15.

      Final Pot: $20.35

      - Bet flop for protection/value.
      - When he raises turn should I reraise or does that only isolate me against hands that have me beat?
      - On river is this an easy call of the push? The only hands that beat me are KJ and KT but he could push with Kx, a straight or any lower set.

I'll make a pot size bet on the river the extract max value from trips or straight.

You can bet less on the flop. I like betting less ($0,15) to keep pot smaller(and to leave door open from the pot). If he has flush draw he will call you anyway and you will not know when you are on the turn if a flush completes. Therefore, I start to protect on the turn in free play.

I would call his raise and reevaluate the river.

River is dependant on his river aggression. Against unknown, I would donk $2,25).

And yes, you should call the river. As you said, only KT and KJ beats you. And those hands were likely to bet (not limp) preflop.
