      Hence I put him on AA here (first time he min-raises pre-flop) and folded... I do not want to risk 200bb since I don't think he would play JJ or A10 this way.

      Stats please...? This is like completely stat dependant. You say he never minraised before and don't expect him to play anything that you beat this way, well, then it's an easy fold of course!

      However, I'd be more inclined to call him down from flop to river here on this dry board since he can't really be calling raises with many worse hands. This is especially much better if you expect him to minraise monsters preflop.

      The hand to stack someone for 200bb with is not an overpair.
