Villain is a real fish and donkie.
      Stats: 87/33, 3-bet: 48,1, AF: 1,2, fold to c-bet 73, WTS: 42, Squeeze: 60

Villain was shoving all-in for 200B (as 2-bet) very often. I saw him do it with 93o (this was first in all-in bet from UTG), J3s, 65o. Then e.g. with 88, he minraised preflop (or limpedd/call). Further, he limped/call with AQo for 260 BB. SB vs BB with 3-bet (all-in) with AKo. But many hands, which he shoved, I did not see :D

He also sucked out on me in this hand: http://www.pokerhand.org/?4272923.

The way you discribe him, a call could be easily +ev, lots of 60/40 situations. The only thing I'd be worried about is the 6 kicker. With A8s/A9o I think I'd snapcall. But with 6 kicker you're a big dog vs most of his Ax hands. And 60/40 vs most other hands.

If you can handle variance and slight beats I'd call given the reads. But prefer waiting for a spot which is less variance and to be sure your certainly ahead.

vs his Ax? I think that Ax represent minimum part of his range

I wouldn´t gamble there with Ax, but rahter wait for better spot
You´re not that good equity and sometimes you´re crushed by A7 :)
