I would call on the flop. On the turn, I would definitelly raised (to $4). You can push out many hands and you have many outs (15). I would call the river since he might be on a flush draw (and you are getting almost 4:1 odds).

frop - villain af is 0.5. if i raise with fd his cbet i think i have high chance to make him fold not so good hands because he seems pretty passive player.

turn - 0.5af ok but he decided to second barrel, i smell strong hand here, is rising justified?

      thx

I did not notice his AF.

Then, I would raise on the flop for free river. But call is not bad either.

Since you called on the flop and if you put him on a strong hand, you may just call. I would still raise to disguise my flush if I hit (and also for free showdown - to see what he had if I do not hit).

you have monster draw on the turn
I think best way is to raise, especially since he bet so small and he could fold overpair. I´d raise there 5$, hoping that is enough to fold his overpair, if get called then I chekc behidn river ui, if he shoves then you ahve to call.
