      I think that Calling is better here.
      If he is bluffing it's most likely he won't call your raise. By just calling you induce him bluff again on the turn. Anther thing is keeping the pot small as 77 is just too marginal to play big pots with.

      If you want to bluff C/R is good here, on drawy boards he will be more inclined to bet his low pocket kind of hands on the turn because he puts you on a draw, so floating is worse than c/raising. I like it against a BU raiser, should work often.
