All Players have been unknown to me.
      Is the CB okay?
Which Hole Cards could the Shortstack probably have?

Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      $0.25/$0.5 No-Limit Hold'em (7 handed)

      Known players:
      BB:
      $8.60
      MP1:
      $16.50
      MP2:
      $13.00
      MP3:
      $66.95
      CO:
      $29.75
      BU(Hero):
      $50.00
      SB:
      $10.20

Preflop: Hero is BU with A, 8.
4 folds, Hero raises to $2, SB folds, BB calls $1.50.

      Flop: ($4.25) 4, J, 6 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $3.00, BB raises to $6.6(All-In), Hero folds, BB gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $7.25.

He could have any two. Just by the fact that he cc your raise he seems a weak player and definitely not a SSS player. I guess he is capable of shoving any fd , sd , pair + draw , pp , Jx . I can`t really see him shoving air unless he is a really really weak retarded type.

About the hand , I would also c-bet but I would make it ~2.5 only.

I would check this flop, i dont like betting into short stack like this unless I am prepared to call shove.

shortstack should have there very wide range, I think that check behind is fine and hope for showdonw, other option would be shove imo
No need to bet/fold consider his stack size.
