      I prefer 3betting this guy preflop with my 99.
      On the flop I'm cbetting, on the turn I probably take B/F.

      As played, you (and I) have no idea or you at on the river. unless I have a read on the guy, I think I'm just folding.

      Lol, he was owning all Tag's and than just left :D
      Lets say I 3bet him PF, I'm sure as hell that he will shove- is this ok to play for 60 bb with 99 even against such player?

      If he is playing every hand and always shove against a 3bet, Your 99 are dominating his range so It's an easy call.

      Well 99 is 72% percent favorite vs random hand so a shove would be advisable IMO.

      Fold on the flop.. you won't like any turncards and you'll end up getting valuetowned often. You only have 18 hands so we can't say much except he has played every hand so far but not raised many of them. Which leads me to my next point that I don't think that makes him loose enough for you to shove 99 preflop.
      So call for set value and fold on that flop.
