      Hey,

      You raised PF $1.00 which left you with $3.70, then you bet $2.00 on the flop, which is over half your stack. Just push the flop is pretty standard i'd say :) . Just remember with the SSS you are trying to get your money in as a favorite as fast as possible, especially on a flop like this! Lots of really nasty cards can come on the turn... like the 9 of hearts :D

      Hi Tim64,

      $2.35/3]*2 = $1.50~

      $1.5 / remainingstack flop x100% => $1.5/$3.7 x100% = 40.2%

      As you are OOP and I would have shoved AKo here directly as well, I shove KK here as well. I shove as though if I make a c-bet OOP if I have to invest 40%.

      I shove flop directly if I am in position whenever I have to invest 50% of my stack.

      Hi Gerv,

      Thanks. I think I understand, but let me just check:

      We normally c-bet 2/3 potsize. BUT, if we are out of position and 2/3 potsize is >40% of our stack, we can just go in directly (if we're in position, it's >50% instead). Is that it?

      I didn't understand what you meant about holding AK instead - can you explain why it's relevant?

      Thanks again,
      Tim
