      Here's the hand:

Hand converted with online hand converter:

      $0.05/$0.1 No-Limit Hold'em (7 handed)

      Known players:

      Preflop: Hero is MP2 with 9, J.
MP1 folds, Hero raises to $0.4, 3 folds, SB calls $0.35, BB calls $0.30.

      Flop: ($1.20) 8, Q, A (3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $1.10, SB calls $1.10, BB folds.

      Turn: ($3.40) A (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $3.20, SB calls $3.20.

      River: ($9.80) 9 (2 players)
      SB checks, Hero checks.

      Final Pot: $9.80.

      Villain: 44 hands, 47 VPIP, 9 PFIR

Question: what do you think about the second barrel? Should be done or not? What about its size?

Raising J9 out of MP2 in FR is way too loose. Just fold it preflop.
As played you can cbet here against the blinds.
You will often get called on this board but betting here give you an opportunity to build up the pot with your strong draw. 2/3 will be enough.
I don't like second barreling here nor it's size. He obviously will call you with an Ace here as a queen might call too (Especally by a fish like him) so your FE is way too low here.
Checking is much better here as you are getting free look on the river.
If I don't hit my draw I will just fold or check behind on the river.

      - Fold preflop.
      - Cbet flop smaller, 2/3rds

      - Check behind turn and c/f river unimproved. If he wasnt scared by the A on the flop why would he be on the turn? This 2nd barrel is bad.
