was very confused during this hand and i dont think i played it good. talking about the flop, the opponent hand i was fearing was AA, but it seemed so unlikely he has it. A set was likely, but i dont think CO would have raised and UTG1 called with 44 or 55 and also A4, A5. And straight was last on my list. who could call 7big blind with 23...

      Any evaluation appreciated.

dont call with AK OOP ever. either reraise him or fold. as played you should reraise them on the flop, you hit the flop very good and there is no point of just calling.

as for your question why he called with 23... well its NL4 and people play everything, and on the other side he gets very good odds to call

yeah well, I really should have raised them on the flop. i did some learning now and made some modifications of my game. I used to only limp with marginal and semi-strong hands, was very cautious to raises and now i know its not good. Thanks for reply.

      Hello,

Preflop: Definitely raise it up here, you are OOP and also just giving good odds to others to Call.

      As played
Flop: As you can see you wouldn't be in such situation when you have made the raise preflop, now you are in pretty ugly spot, you will find one of them very often have a pretty strong hand here. UTG1 bets looks kinda strong, looks like he has you beaten. I would likely just fold it directly or just push because they will Call you anyways. In this case I don't mind just folding because we haven't invested much into the pot.
Turn: Against such stacks I am going broke.

      Best regards,
      Rensu
