Both villains were bad players so I figured I was ahead here. How big a mistake is it to not go completely all-in pf? I was distracted by another hand.

It`s not that big of a mistake since you get ridiculous odds on the flop and can`t fold either way. But still better be carefull next time and shove it in preflop.

No offense but did you see my question? I know I'm in no position to complain and you are prob very busy with other things, but it would help tons if I could get a more detailed answer. To be honest, I sometimes get the feeling I'm getting "rushed" evaluations.

Consider that you likely have some fold equity, then very big.
Either way third player folds and you get hu or he calls with worse hand and you´re still ahead.
And you don´t have to make crying fold/call when you see overcards on the flop
