      Generally speaking 99 are not that strong against a raise and a reraise.
      Our decision in Poker are based on lots of factors, two of the impotent factors are your image and your opponents image.
      Against two unknowns, after two raises folding your 99 is not bad. Even if you got stronger hand remember that the button is behind you and can decide to 4bet,and also if he calls you get stuck in a crappy position.

      So, no its not nitty. :)
