      He could have JJ or 1010, maybe even 99, but I would fold. It's far more likely he has AA or KK. Now that I think about it, I could see him having AK and being a moron.

      Shove this preflop, because calling is bad out of position (sucks to play then) and we don't want to fold QQ - only solution, 4bet ;)

      As played the donk on the flop is pretty awful, he very often takes this as weakness (which it obviously is) and can raise with whatever hand he is holding. If you do this you definately have to call because there are many worse pockets in his range (+ the occasional overcards that he bluffs your donk with).
      If I accidently clicked call preflop and found myself in this spot I would just c/r and ship it on the flop since I didn't do it preflop :)

      It is better to be aggressive against unknowns with premium cards. I'm almost sure he didn't have AA KK or if he had he is an uncoordinated player.
