      Yes, pre-flop 3 betting would be better so you could show you have some teeth for biting too. This way you just called called called and show no sign of good hand. 99s pretty good for button.

      I rather prefer to be aggresive when I have more information. Preflop and flop (3 cards revealed) so you can estimate where your hand stands.

      I think raising flop his small elad is likely better than call flop, call turn, fold river
